We want you to have your new purchase as soon as possible.
Within a short period of time from making your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation. We aim to ship orders as soon as possible and your order will ship within 48 hours of your purchase. Once your order is shipped you will receive your shipment tracking information. Should we have any issues with your order, we will contact you right away to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We dispatch orders from Monday to Saturday.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability.
Please be advised that the counting of the delivery time frame will start from the time we shipped your order.
If in any case, you weren't able to receive your package on the day of delivery, the courier will try to deliver it again. After 3 attempts delivering your package but you still not able to receive it, the package will be returned to us. Therefore, make sure to be available on the said delivery date.
You may ask an authorized recipient to receive the package on your behalf but our courier will reach out to you first to confirm the details of the person who will receive your package.
Delays
Pyrosi Wear cannot be held responsible for any delays experienced with deliveries. This includes, but is not limited to delays with: J&T service / Gogo Express service / NinjaVan Service / Shopee Express, holiday/peak periods and extreme weather conditions. If you have not received your order within the above times, please be patient.
Expect an additional 1-2 business days delivery for remote areas.
From time to time, we may run low on stock of popular items and be required to wait for extended production time. In such instances, we will contact you. If the time frame is not suitable, we will refund your order or cancel your order if it is a COD order.
